I have a transaction from Interbacs on my bank account, but I didn't consent to it. What does this mean?
If you see a transaction from Interbacs on your account that you didn't consent to, it's likely a client of ours that's processed a payment on your behalf. As an approved Bacs payment provider, we facilitate and process payments for other companies. To find out more information, please call us on 0161 667 0758 and select the 'Accounts' option (option 4) to speak with one of our representatives. Please have your Direct Debit reference number available so we can assist you further.
I'm a customer of Interbacs and need support. What do I do?
Interbacs offers support to its customers via phone, chat and email during business hours (9am to 5:30pm). Choose the medium that suits you best and contact us for any assistance you require.
